afterhours.ph
When you sign in we keep your email address, because that is how you sign in. When you start your books we keep your business name and type, and every transaction you record: its date, your note, the amounts and the accounts. Only you and the people you add to your business can see any of it. We do not read it, analyse it, sell it, or use it for anything except showing it back to you.
It is stored in a Supabase database, protected so that each business can reach only its own records. Ask and we erase your business and every entry in it within the week. Erasing is final; we keep no copy.
When you finish the ten questions we store your ten answers, the two scores, the type you landed on, the time you took, where you came from (a share link or a direct visit), and the browser identifier your device sends with every request. No name, no email, no account. The quiz result is shown to you on the page and is not sent anywhere else.
We keep the email and, if you gave it, what you do, together with your quiz type, so we can tell you about the first afterhours night in Manila and nothing else. A person writes to you, not a mailing list. Ask and it is removed the same week.
Quiz answers and waitlist emails are on Netlify, the host of this site, in storage that only our own server code can read. Your books are in Supabase, as above. We do not sell or share any of it.
